SDE-L Glass Straight Line Double Edging Production Line

　

Brief Introduction:

SDE series glass straight line double edging production line consisted of two double edging machines with an automatic glass 90° direction transfer table.

Main Characteristic:

bullet Double PLC controlled make the cable quantity as less as possible so that the cable chase moving flexibly.
bullet Double ball screw and L/M guide rail with automatic lubrication system.
bullet ABB spindle motor.
bullet Polishing wheels are lifted pneumatically.
bullet PLC & touch screen HMI are for setting, controlling and displaying processing parameters.
bullet Servo motor for conveyor driving and glass width adjusting.
bullet Timing belt conveyor.
bullet Equipped a 90° right angle positioning device to ensure squareness of glass.
bullet Up/down type glass 90° direction automatic transfer table.
